The “Information Division” is responsible for gathering and processing intelligence through all sources to include reconnaissance, and communications within the militia.

The Rank Structure

Rank structure is essential for a well regulated Militia.

Non Commissioned Officers are mid-level managers and leaders who are able to apply agile and adaptive practices to defeat enemy threats, solve problems, and accomplish missions based on the commanders’ intent. NCOs are the doers; they provide inspiration, purpose, motivation, direction and discipline to the minutemen they lead. Trusted neighborhood team leaders are ideal NCO candidates. As such, the County CO Staff grants NCO advancement on both merit and proven leadership skills.

Commissioned Officers refer to the more senior portion of the Militia who derive their authority from a commission assigned by the Command Staff. They are responsible for leading, the proper training of members, planning missions, and organizing the internal and external affairs under their command. Officers are entrusted with the welfare, morale and professional development of members under their command. As such, the Command Staff grants Officership to the most qualified, talented men and women.
